News Manager email list

I use News Manager and it does the job beautifully, but I have a feature suggestion. It would be great to use News Manager to send email as well. Email addresses could be added to a list (either manually by an administrator or automatically via a "subscribe" form on the web site). Then when a new news item is added using News Manager, a check box could be available to email the news release to the mailing list.

Hi Heath,
Thanks for your suggestion -- I'll pass that along. :)
Just so you know -- Article Manager has email notification. Not exactly the same as what you're looking for, but could be used in conjunction with some external mailing list software to email out your posts.
