You guys need to come up with a news letter software package. Alot of my clients like to send out announcements to their clients. It would be cool if you could integrate this product into your existing products.
For instance, a client posts a new "news item" using the News Manager and in the admin module there is a check box to send out a preformatted news email to all their clients telling them to check it out.
This product could also be used stand-alone to send news letters in either text only format or fancy-smancy html format. At any rate here is a freeware tool I'm using now....

Hi Kairgid,
Thanks for your post.
That's a great idea for both a feature request, and a standalone product. Being able to send out your newly added news articles in a newsletter (to your subscriber list) would be an excellent way to drive site visitors back to your site. I'm going to add this to our wish list. If you have any other feature/product suggestions please be sure to let us know!
