New PML tag for Page Publisher

HiYa.... It would be nice to have a PML tag for Page Publisher that would display the date/time an html file was updated (in the file itself). The list of files in Page Publisher shows this infromation, but I think it would be nice to have a PML tag so that visitors to a site could see the info such as: "Page updated on: <NEW PML TAG> </NEW PML TAG>, Nashville, TN" Which would render to the viewer: "Page updated on: Aug. 24, 2005 2200 hrs, Nashville, TN" Of course the format of the date/time should be configurable to accomodate several formats (US, Military, etc...). Thank you for your time. -- Have a nice day.... -- James

Hi James. Thanks for posting! I don’t actually think you would need to have publishing tag to display the date a page was last updated; there is a little bit of JavaScript you can place onto your pages that will work great. I actually posted it up as a response to another one of your posts here: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=42076#42076c Take a look and let me know what you think . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
