New DocBuilder features

I know a few people have requested this enhancement and was wondering if any progress has been made toward adding this to DocBuilder: Allowing different levels of access granted by the administrator. This would prevent accidental editing of information. Another enhancement I would like to see is the ability to print the document in some sort of logical form. My clients still need access to a printed version of some of their documents, so they have to maintain both. If there were a way to print the document from DocBuilder, the original version could be done away with. Any possibility of either of these features being added?

Hi Gigiavanti, Different access levels is a good idea, and I know it's being considered. Recently, we released an upgrade to Page Publisher which allowed for multi-users - each user being allowed to edit specific files. DocBuilder could have something along the same lines. Concerning printer-friendly pages, I can also see this being useful. Perhaps a single "print document" option at the document root, which prints the entire document... I'll pass this along. This is a nice idea. Ben interactivetools.com
