I'm interested in sorting my homespages by latest activity such as to reward agents for updating their listings and adding new ones etc.

You can definitely have your listings sorted based on latest activity. We had actually started looking at this together in another thread so do you think we could follow along in that one as it's actually in a better forum for this type of thread?
