We would love to see a "distance by zip/postal code" search feature for Listings Manager...even as an add-on module.

Thanks for your feature request!

I'll make a note of this on our list of feature requests. The ability to find properties within a certain distance using zip codes or postal codes is an interesting idea and one that I'm sure quite a few people would like to see.
