One common theme with listings manager is that it is displaying a list of items from which people make money, either by sale of property, goods, services etc which will always generate a number of clients who want their items at the top of the first page listing, is there any way that an adwords type service could be implemented into the software so that people could bid on top positions in the listing, therefore those who are prepared to pay the most come at the top as featured listings, as with google clients can visit the listings and if they prefer to achieve a higher ranking they simply increase their advertising payments in order to achieve the better placements.
On a succesfull site this method could be a real money spinner.
