Feature Request for Article Manager

I would like to see inline editing and timed publish feature for Article Manager. When it comes to using a Web application my client is clueless. It would be nice to have a edit marker (icon) next to the editable region on the displayed page. When the icon is clicked on clients are taken to the area in the Article Manager that requires updating.

Hi abstractj. Thanks for posting! You might actually want to take a look at Page Publisher. What that would let you do is specify certain parts of static pages that your user can easily update through the Page Publish interface. For example, you could take a static page with a block of text on it and tell Page Publisher to let that section be updatable. When you user logs in, that section will show up as a text field and they can easily update. There isn’t any html knowledge needed . Could I get you take a look at the fact page for Page Publisher to see if it might suit your needs any better? Here’s the page: http://www.interactivetools.com/products/pagepublisher/ Just let me know if you have anymore questions . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
