CMS Builder - Admin Privileges

It would be nice to further define what an Admin can do -
While I might not want to give a client access to the section editors and code generators (for obvious reasons) I may want to allow them to create user accounts (with their privileges or lower)

Hi,
Perhaps the users permissions can have a couple of extra classes, I'd like to see 'editor', 'publisher', 'guest' style permissions.
