Another 1 for Pages! (and then some)

Hi Donna et al, I'm setting my shiney new Article Manager at this very moment. I didn't think about the issue of multiple pages till I started writing my first test article. That led me here to this forum in a quest for options. Did a search for Pages only to find out it's not available yet. Bummer. Browsing around, I noted a lot of excellent suggestions - links in new window, targeted links, etc. - but for my humble self, the option to allow multi-page articles is by far the most urgent. I'd suggest putting it on the front burner and turning up the heat! That said, can I attempt to further complicate matters? I'd like to see the multi-page function to be restricted to certain groups, such as trusted writers. Better yet if it were configuable, with permissions and all. Maybe even limit the number of pages a group, such as less privelaged writers, can create. Not that I ask a lot... Well okay, so maybe I do. At any rate, put me down as another vote for multipage articles. Thanks, WebTrooper

Hi WebTrooper! While I'll certainly pass your suggestions along, you may want to look into the PageBreak add-on. This is a little JavaScript we have available as a free, unsupported add-on, but allows any of your users to split their pages up into multiple pages. If you'd like a copy of it, you can email support@interactivetools.com and we'd be happy to send that over. :) Donna
