AM Subcategory List Option

I really love the new subcategories in the Article Manager. It's great to have options for how the category list is going to be displayed. What I'd like to see is an option that is a combination of the Selected Branch Only and One Level. When you're at depth one it shows all top level categories. As you drill down through a branch you still see all top level categories but you also see the selected branch open. It should not show the complete branch top-to-bottom automatically, just down to the depth you are at.

You know what? I apologize. I posted this request before I really played with the options to see what they do. I found that setting it to One Level actually gives me exactly what I wanted. There is no need for any enhancement. Well...that's not quite true... I tried to use category_list.html to create a properly nested unordered list. It's impossible. There isn't any mechanism to open and close the <ul> tags in any meaningful way, even using XSSI. Ken Gary ~It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to paint it!

Hi Ken, You're right, with repeating fields it's not possible to use an unordered list tag. However, you can accomplish pretty much the same thing by using CSS padding instead. You might want to give that a try. :) I hope this helps! Donna
