AM - membership intergration with other apps

Hi, An idea for when MySQL is launched :) It would be great for AM to be able to use the members files from other applications. For example..... We run ubbthreads for our site - for this we have some 2,000 odd members - now they all belong to various groups - for example members, moderators and admins for example. We also run an application called photopost - this will use the members database from threads, and allow those members to login to various options within photopost without the member have to register again. If they are an admin in threads, then they are also an admin for Photopost. It would therefore be great if all members of threads were also writers for AM, and likewise for other levels of authority. This would enable AM to blend in with other applications well. Just for the record Photopost also blends with VB membership. At the same time, if AM were to go down the PHP route, please think carefully about what your classes and attribute names are called, as when we try and blend other aspects, like navigations and use config includes, it is really frustrating to have clashing names. Much better to use unique names - I know that Scoot who wrote Photopost had to change a lot of his, not to clash with other applications. Just food for thought :)
