AM: Article Sorting by defined by individual Category

I am sure this has been suggested or requested, but if not I wanted to get it listed. Can ya'll (yes from Texas) add the article sorting criteria on a category level. Have AM default to the global article sorting approach, unless unique sorting is defined on a category level. I have several categories that are reprints of materials. I sort this data by the original publish date, so the category pages list the information in chrono order. (some categories span 25 years) Because AM does not provide the ability to have different sorts by category/global, the items added to the reprint categories never make it to the home page most recent. (sorted by the date the article was added to AM) I know I can use the featured option, but it is manual and has to be changed every time I had something. Just curious if this is on the feature request? jeff p.s. It has been 60 days since we have had a 2.0 tease.......Isn't it about time for another. Hey Jeff, Yes, that's a good idea. I'm not sure if it's been added to the feature request list or not, but I suspect so. I'll check up on that for you and get back to you shortly. :-) Ben interactivetools.com
