Okay, another idea. (God help me, I should never have found this forum. <g> )
How about administrators being able to force a ReadMe on all other login accounts... i.e. next time each editor logs in, they'll get a message. Could be "Please use capitals properly in your posts" or "Thanks for all your hard work" or whatever. Then once they've seen it once, they wouldn't have to see it again.
Probably not worth adding to the next rev but I thought I'd throw it anyway. :)

Keep the suggestions coming!
Great solutions come from great ideas, and I really like this idea. I'm definatly going to pass this one on to the developers. Anything that can make an Admin's job easier should be considered in my books
