1. SUPPORT EXTENDED TO SEVEN DAYS A WEEK
--------------------------------------------------

In order to better serve our customers, we've decided to extend our days of support to seven days a week. That's right, we now have support people here in the office every day.

Here are our new, official support hours.

9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Monday - Sunday (a.k.a. every single day, 7 days a week, weekdays and weekends).

If you need help or more information with any of our products, we have lots of options:

If it's technical, you can fill out a support request form:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

You can also chat to one of our representatives online. Just visit our website and click the "Live Help" button which is in the top right-hand corner of almost every page on the site.

Send us an email at mailto:support@interactivetools.com.

Call us by telephone at:
800-752-0455
