replicating the /publish page on www.domain.com Can't Post
I know there must be something I am missing when I try and do this. I have installed the Article Manager to the main directory (ie. www.domain.com/publish/index.shtml shows as my article manager index page). How can I replicate that publish/index.shtml page so that it also appears at www.domain.com/index.shtml I do not want to do a redirect to the www.domain.com/publish/index.shtml URL if someone types in www.domain.com

Any suggestions?

There are a few ways to do this. IT has a tutorial on one way of doing it at:

Additionally, if you have access to your httpd.conf file, you can do it from there as well.

Elderban's suggestion is bang on -- setting up a Server Side Include to include the index page is probably the best solution.

Alternately, you can also change the publish directory of Article Manager so that it publishes directly to your web root. However, to keep things better organized, we don't usually recommend that.

i think http://www.interactivetools.com/products/articlemanager/tutorials_artman_frontpage.html is broken . . . or maybe the whole tutorial section is brokenSmile

Yep, that's a really old link, as the tutorial only applies to Article Manager 1. If you're using Article Manager 1, you can find the tutorial here:
