Removing Word Style Attachments

I have a client with a problem. She is copy/pasting a Word doc into AM. The style she has in Word is apparently being imported along with it. When she sends me the Word doc, I am able to open it and remove the style in my mac version of Word but she hasn't been able to do it yet. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be done on the pc? Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the post! Mike actually has posted a good tutorial on how to add content from Word into the Article Manager wysiwyg editor. To set this up you will have to make a few changes to some of the interface templates but in the end you will be able to paste from Word into the wysiwyg and most of the extra Word generated will be removed. :) Does this sound like it may work for you? If so you can read more details on how to set it up here: http://www.interactivetools.com/forum/gforum.cgi?post=42495;search_string=Microsoft%20Word;guest=385878&t=search_engine#42495 Cheers, Chet Woodside - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

That sounds like it would work perfectly. I'll give it a shot. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Chet, Everything works well except for a

command which appears to add returns in AM. Anything I can do with that? Thanks.
