Has anyone ever tried to create a Google Gadget (http://www.google.com/apis/gadgets/guide1.html) displaying the latest headlines from Article Manager? Colin

Hi Colin. Thanks for posting! I haven’t seen this setup before, however, after reading the guide you linked us to, it sort of looks like an RSS feed but with different tags. I think this should be something that can be setup and I am going to do a little research for you. As soon as I have an update, I’ll let you know . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi Colin. I have been looking into the gadgets things this week and unfortunatly an elegant as thus far eluded me. What I am thinking would work best here is if you were to take one of the existing RSS reader gadgets and plug the URL of your RSS feed into it. I see you are quite busy with Article Manager 2 right now and since that can publish a feed for each of your categories, you should have lots of RSS to play with . In the meantime, I will keep an eye out for something that will work directly with Article Manager. I don't really have a timeframe though, so going with something that exists already will definitely be your best bet ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hey Ross, Thanks. That's alright. Yeah I just finished implementing AM2 and it works great. Still playing around the features to see what else I can do. :) The gadgets thing is no rush whatsoever. I just thought I'd ask cause it looks kinda funky. :) And yes, having RSS feeds directly from AM2 is one of the best new features! :)
