Article Manager Is lacking! Can't Post

AM lacks some features of those FREE cms'. I think for a somewhat expensive 4 meg file such as AM, it should have some more included features, like Mambo OS or Joomla, take a look at them, they are free and feature packed. why not make AM feature packed too? Just some more of my constructive criticism.Unimpressed

Article Manager has lots of features that other products don't have, but we're certainly always looking to improve it.

If there's something in particular that you are trying to do we'd be happy to help you try and figure it out if you let us know. Or... If it's really not meeting your needs you can always take advantage of our 90 day refund policy.

Hope that helps.

Actually software becomes to heavy when you start adding features that are nice but not necessary.

I'd take "Simple - Stable" anyday over topheavy unstable.

Re: [masterchief3k] Article Manager Is (NOT) lacking! [In reply to] Can't Post

I've been installing AM for clients for over 4 years now, and I have yet to find it lacking.

Actually, in my experience, all those free open-source content managers are A) risky and open to hacking, and B) way to complicated for my non-technical clients.

AM is simple, easy to learn, and instalation has never been trouble (I get priority consulting when I feel lazy...can't beat the prices).

Mambo OS and Joomla are lacking! [In reply to] Can't Post

1. Technical Support
2. Flexibility to work on any server
3. Easy template customization

Just to name a few...

Your "constructive criticism" isn't constructive at all. You don't provide anything to compare against.

Have you even tried Article Manager?
