File not found error Can't Post

My client changed the name of their server. I updated the URLs in Search and the search process does find and list the documents properly from the manuals created with docbuilder. However, clicking on the link to the desired search document results in a file not found error. Is there something else I need to change??

Hi lbflynn,

Thanks for your post!

You'll want to make sure the URL and path have been updated for the different categories under the "Category Editor" part of Search Engine - this is the most common cause of this problem. Smile

Thanks for the update!

Re: [Jake] File not found error [In reply to] Can't Post

After some serious trial and error, I figured it out. The url path in search needed to have the results identified as file://ipaddress/folder rather than http://ipaddress/folder. Not sure why but it works! Thanks.
