migrating server - error problem Can't Post

When my webhost upgraded servers the Page Publisher program wants me to reinstall. I only get as far as verifying the license and clicking the 'agree to license terms' and then get the following error page:

Error : Template : Template cell 'too_many_sites' is not defined!

I didn't even get to a page to define the number of sites. What can I do to get past this?

Hi there,

It sounds to me like either you've got an old set of interface templates (re-upload the templates directory) or, you've missed the section of the install screen that asks how many servers you plan on installing the license on. If you put in anything other than "1", it won't continue. :)

Give that a try and let me know if you're still having trouble.

It's probably an old set of templates -- I originally installed this 3 years ago, I think. How can I update them?

Hi,

Thanks for the follow-up!

You can download a fresh copy of Page Publisher using the link below, all you'll need to have is your product ID. If your unsure what your product ID is jsut send us an e-mail with as much information about your original purchase as possible and we'll be happy to look up your product ID. :)

You can download a fresh copy of the software here:

Does this help? If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.
