Hi PhilSly, Thanks for the post! While generally all of your website's files would need to be within the webroot, some servers do have the /cgi-bin/ in a directory above the root. With the way these servers are set up you'll just access the /cgi-bin/ as if it were in your webroot. This means to access Page Publisher's pp.cgi script you'd use a URL that looks like this: http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/pp/pp.cgi Also, your hosting company should be able to provide you with some more details about how to access your /cgi-bin/ through a web browser.
