WYSIWYG - TINYMCE Can't Post

How do I use the WYSIWYG - TINYMCE function. All I see in "Up-Date Pages" is "edit html" - I have never seen the WYSIWYG interface - up-graded to 1.25 from 1.24 origional install.

Thanks

Re: [alan1] WYSIWYG - TINYMCE [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Alan

Thanks for posting and welcome to the boards!

The WYSIWYG editor is actually something that you would use when updating one of your pages. What you'll want to do is click the "update" link instead of "edit html".

Any field that you have setup as WYSIWYG get will use the TinyMCE editor. If none of your pages are setup with an editor field on them, grab the page I attached to my post and add it to your system. It has an example of every field including the editor.

How does that sound? Keep me up to date with how you are making out Smile.

Re: [ross] WYSIWYG - TINYMCE [In reply to] Can't Post

Hello,
Thanks for the help. I've added the test page to my system and the WYSIWYG field "Article Content" is blank in the editor. I can't type anything in there, either. Do you need to log-in to my admin area and look at what is there?

Best,

Alan
