Hi there. Thanks for posting! Page Publisher will need the files it’s going to update to have read/write permissions. Typically on a Windows server, you would need to set the permissions on folder by folder bases. What this means is you would just need to make sure the folders that each of the pages you want to update are in, has read/write permissions. The permissions will need to be set for the user that perl runs as on your server which is usually IUSR_Servername where Servername is actually the name of your server. Does that all make sense?
