TinyMce Problems Can't Post

I installed the PP cms, and it works fine -- except for the wysiwyg editor.

When I try to add a link, I receive the following errors:

Illegal document.domain value" code: "1009

[Break on this error] undefined
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var themeBaseURL = tinyMCE.baseURL + '/themes/' + tinyMCE.getParam("theme");
form_utils.js (line 10)
tinyMCEPopup has no properties

[Break on this error] <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
link.htm (line 1)
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var targets = tinyMCE.getParam('theme_advanced_link_targets', '').split(';'...
link.htm (line 57)
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var url = tinyMCE.getParam("external_link_list_url");
link.js (line 1)

When I try to edit the html I receive:

Illegal document.domain value" code: "1009

[Break on this error] undefined
tinyMCEPopup has no properties

[Break on this error] <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
source_editor.htm (line 1)
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] if (!tinyMCE.isMSIE) {
source_editor.js (line 49)

When I insert a table I receve:

Illegal document.domain value" code: "1009

[Break on this error] undefined
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var themeBaseURL = tinyMCE.baseURL + '/themes/' + tinyMCE.getParam("theme");
form_utils.js (line 10)
tinyMCEPopup has no properties

[Break on this error] <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
table.htm (line 1)

When I try to choose another color I receive:

Illegal document.domain value" code: "1009

[Break on this error] undefined
tinyMCEPopup has no properties

[Break on this error] <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
color_picker.htm (line 1)
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var inputColor = convertRGBToHex(tinyMCE.getWindowArg('input_color'

and when I try to insert an image I receive:

Illegal document.domain value" code: "1009

[Break on this error] undefined
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var themeBaseURL = tinyMCE.baseURL + '/themes/' + tinyMCE.getParam("theme");
form_utils.js (line 10)
tinyMCEPopup has no properties

[Break on this error] <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
image.htm (line 1)
tinyMCE has no properties

[Break on this error] var url = tinyMCE.getParam("external_image_list_url");
image.js (line 1)

Just my luck, it's something simple -- but it's a problem with the editor -- not the CMS itself, which works beautifully. Any help is and will be appreciated.

Re: [JesseS] TinyMce Problems [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi JesseS,

Thanks for posting!

What browser are you using when accessing the WYSIWYG editor? You can see a list of the supported browsers on this page:

http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/pagepublisher/wysiwyg_editor.html

If you're using a supported browser, you might want to try re-uploading the "images" directory that was supplied with the original installation files, in case you have some corrupted or incomplete files for the WYSIWYG on your server.

Let us know if you have any other questions. Smile
