Set links to open in new browser window? Can't Post

I'm sure someone else has asked this question: Is it possible to set the wysiwyg editor so the links will open a new browser window? If this is possible, what needs to be done to make it happen?

Thanks.

Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for posting!

If you're using version 1.25 of Page Publisher, this is an option you can set when creating a link. Once you click the link button, a pop-up window will come up where you enter the link information. There is a drop-down menu on this page with the option of "Open link in a new window".

If you aren't using version 1.25, you can obtain it by visiting our upgrade page here:

Thanks, Jake. That makes sense. Looks like I'm running 1.24.

To install 1.25, can I overwrite the files to the server, or do I need to do a complete re-install?

Thanks again.

Dave

Hi Dave,

Make sure you follow the instructions in the upgrade documentation, and that'll do it. There are some files you want to overwrite, and others that you definitely don't. :)

As a matter of fact, I had just found the upgrade docs, followed them, and everything is working just fine. Thanks so much for you help. --- Dave
