Select from dropdown issue with image uploader Can't Post

Greetings!

I hope someone can help with this. I set up Page Publisher some time ago for one of my clients and it was working fine. Then they moved servers and there were a few issues, but I thought we had them all worked out. I thought that the "select from dropdown" feature on the image uploader was still working as well, though I may have been mistaken. Anyway, yesterday, my client tries to upload an image and cannot choose it from the dropdown. In fact, none of the images in the upload folder are showing up. I thought that maybe because of the server move something was off, so I went to set up options and yes, the uploadURL was off so I changed it to http://www.sitename.com/pp/uploads/. Then went and checked it. It ended up looking worse because now I just had an error in the space saying internal server error. So I went into directory.cgi and changed the uploadURL to the same thing. I also went into _select_menus.html and made it so the var uploadPath was the same. I'm still coming up with the internal server error (in the Firefox browser, in IE it shows nothing at all.). Oh, and the upload part is working just fine. When we upload an image, it goes to the uploads folder on the server. There is just no way to select the image from the menu because the menu doesn't work. Where am I missing something? Thanks for your help.

Re: [April] Select from dropdown issue with image uploader [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi April,

Chances are that one or several of the file path and URL settings is incorrect in your "directory.cgi" file. I'd suggest taking a second look at this to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you're still having trouble, feel free to submit a second-level support request here:
