Hi Debbie. Thanks for posting! There are a couple different things I can think of here. We’ll look at the easiest one first. Basically, instead of going right from word to Page Publisher, try pasting your content into a plain text file then copy it from there and paste into Page Publisher. This will effectively remove any formatting and anything that could cause a parseing error. The only drawback here is that you would need to add the bold, italics, etc stuff again. The second option would be try installing an alternate editor for Page Publisher to use.
