Hi DR, based on the error message you're receiving I'm guessing you're installing Page Publisher on a Windows server. The "Server Too Busy Error" occurs on Windows Servers when permissions have been incorrectly set. Although permissions may be have been set, they may be set to the the wrong user. You'll want to make sure that the /pp/ directory and all of the directories within it are given full permissions (write, erase, execute, modify, etc) to the user that Perl is running as (it's important that these permissions are set to the Perl user). Since you're on a windows server you may have to ask your server administrator to do this for you. Also, when permissions are not properly set the program has a tendency to create filelocks. If a filelock has been created you'll want to remove the filelock.lock file from the programs /data/ directory. Let me know if this helps. :) Luke Holzken Product Development
