First thing I'd recommend is to check what version you're running -- make sure you're running the latest version (1.25) as the WYSIWYG editor changed between versions.
Next, if you've checked that and it all looks good, try renaming the "images" directory (I usually call it "images.bak") then upload a fresh copy of the images directory. Renaming the old one makes sure that everything is uploaded brand new, just in case your FTP program decides not to overwrite some of the old files.
If you try that and it still doesn't work.. try filling in a support request and we can take a look for you. :)
