Mac Compatibility Can't Post

I've have PagPublisher running for quite a few clients...al PC based. I have one client who owns a new Mac Laptop. Will he be able to acces the admin screen for updating his pages. He's not tied into any specific browser though I suppose Safari is his main choice. He will never be in Full Admin mode...just User.

Thanks in advance.

Re: [torweb] Mac Compatibility [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Tom,

Thanks for posting.

Page Publisher will work fine on any platform and any server. The only thing that is browser or operating system dependant is the WYSIWYG feature. If a users is not using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher on a PC, it will just revert back to a normal text area.

That being said, Damon recently set up Page Publisher’s WYSIWYG editor so it runs in Firefox and Mozilla (both PC and Mac!), as well as Windows IE. You can check out Damons WYSIWYG workaround here.

So there is an easy work around available for this, and we offer free technical support so if you need help working with anything like this myself or any member of the Support Team would be glad to lend a hand.

Let me know if this helps explain or if you have any other questions that I can help with Smile

Thanks Cliff...

I see that documentation. I'll look it over and give it a try. It doesn't look too tough.
