Information lost on file upload Can't Post

Hi,

When I upload a page file to the server (after making changes to html wording) that has Page Publisher tags on it, I loose the information I had previously entered onto that page (using Page Publisher). But I am also loosing the information for that page from Page Publisher itself - does the script not store the information so that it can simply be re-saved to the page ?

Re: [aerosurfer] Information lost on file upload [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi aerosurfer,

Thanks for the post!

That's a little odd, sometimes HTML editors like dreamweaver and frontpage will strip unknown code from your HTML pages. This is usually a setting that can be changed inside the HTML editors settings, which HTML editor are you using to edit and uplod your HTML files aerosurfer?

Also if you'd like to send us your ftp details we'll be happy to connect with your server and test around this issue for you. You can send us a support request here:

Does this help? I look forward to hearing back from you soon. :)
