Hi, Thanks for the post! From what you've mentioned it sounds like there may be a permissions issue on your server involving the pages that Page Publisher is editing. On some servers the files that Page Publisher will be editing have their permissions set in a way that prevent the program from actually being able to save the changes to these files. I'd suggest getting in touch with your hosting company to see if they can change the permissions on these files so Page Publisher could update these files. If you're on a Windows Server you'll want to ensure that the folder the pages are in has full permissions (read, write, execute, erase, etc) set on it for the user Perl runs on. If you're on a Unix server these files should probably have something above CHMOD 666 set for them. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to let me know!
