CSS layout problem Can't Post

When a page is updated, a comment is placed right at the top of the page in the html code

which is something like: <!-- Last Updated Nov 22nd,2006 07:34:59 -->

This comment comes before the DTD and is screwing up how my pages look in IE.

Firefox is fine but the page looks odd in IE. I've tried using a different DTD but it's still the same.

Any ideas??

Re: [mawdesigns] CSS layout problem [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi mawdesigns,

Thanks for the post!

One thing that you may want to try doing is turning off the "meta tag generator", this is an easy thing to do and can be done by following the steps below:

1. Login to Page Publisher and select 'Setup Options'.
2. Underneath the "Edit Options" section, you will find the 'Add Meta Generator' option set it to 'no'.
3. Save your changes.

Give this a try and if you have any other questions I will be happy to lend a hand. :)
