Add picture popup won't resize or scroll. Can't Post

Hello and thanks to all at Interactive tools - brilliant resource.

Have just installed Page Publisher on a small site, - and everything has gone very smoothly, except for one niggling little thing.

Clicking on the Insert/Add image button in the WYSIWYG produces the required popup window, but this is neither resizeable nor scrollable, and the links (General, Appearance, and Advanced) at the top don't seem to do anything.

The only way to navigate this window therefore is to tab between fields - which is fine for me - but would be confusing for my clients. I know there is a simple explanation, and have searched the HTML pages for popup window properties, but can't find the right bit.

Also, it doesn't look anything like the picture in the tutorial?

Can someone advise?

Hi,

Thanks for posting! Smile

I've had a look at this for you and it seems to me that the issue you're running into is related to the WYSIWYG editor that Page Publisher uses and some potentially missing files.

From the screenshot you've provided it seems that the stylesheet used by the Image Editor isn't being found and this may be related to the rest of the issues you're running into.

It's a bit tough to see what may not be present on the server though and it may be best if you're able to fill out a Support Request on our site with your FTP details:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

This should allow me to get onto your server and have a look at the WYSIWYG editor to see what the issue might be.

I look forward to hearing from you! Smile
