Hi Nikki, Thanks for the post! If you can log on to your server using your FTP information you should be able to check to see if all of your Job Manager data is still there. The file you would want to check is called job.dat. Although I'm not entirely sure how your server is set up you should be able to find the file here: /cgi-bin/jm/data/job.dat You can open up this file in a text editor to see if your job postings are there. This will just look like a text file with all of your job posting information separated by upside down exclamation points (¡). If the file looks empty then something may have happened on your server that caused you to lose all of your data. If this is the case you'll want to contact your hosting provider to see if they have a recent server backup that may contain your data. If you open job.dat and you do find your postings then it looks like everything should be okay. You can make a local copy of the /data/ directory, run the installation and then re-upload the /data/ directory. This will overwrite the empty data files from your new installation with the data files you previously had. I hope this helps and I hope you're able to find your postings! If you have any other questions feel free to let me know!
