cant get news manager to run Can't Post
i have tried installing it 5 times and i get this error each time:

Program Message

ui_save_uploads: Upload directory '/nm/uploads' doesn't exist!


i have used your software before with no issues, so i know the Perl is ok. any thoughts? i tried putting in new paths to those folders but no luck.

Hi,

Thanks for the post!

The issue you are having is most likely a paths problem, it is however a little hard for me to guess what the correct path is without actually seeing your server set-up. What you might want to do is fill out the support request form below including ftp details.

Once I am able to login to the server I will be happy to look into this issue for you. :)
