Visitors Search Can't Post

Hi all, Just been checking the job manager but in the demo there is no where for visitors to search listings, only in the admin section?

Have i missed something? Surely the visitors need to be able to search rather than just scroll down endless lists?

Please advise

Re: [cass] Visitors Search [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Cass,

Thanks for posting! Smile

Job Manager is designed to output the list of jobs on your website with detailed information when someone clicks on a job. If you'd like your users to be able to search through the jobs you've listed on your site then you may want to take a look at the Search Engine software we offer:

http://www.interactivetools.com/products/searchengine/

This program will search through any text-based files on the server. This means you could actually use it to search through your job postings as well as the other HTML pages on your website.

I hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to let me know! Smile
