Hi Nikki, Thanks for the post. You won't be able to search Job Manager placeholders with Search Engine as the placeholders that are in the templates are replaced with published content on the published job listing pages. The Search Engine can search the published pages for any matching job keywords but not set to search specific fields such as name, location, salary,etc. To search by specific field such as salary, location, name etc, Listings Manager would be a good solution. With its built in search engine it could be setup to return the results like this. Other sites have used Listings Manager this way. I hope that helps.
