Hi, Thanks for the post! The page that you will direct people to so they can create their own user account will be: http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/listman/exec/signup.cgi Similar to the template files that come with Listings Manager you won't actually link directly to the templates, only the script that uses them. I'd suggest trying to use a URL similar to the one above to see if you can access the signup script. If you're still running into the Internal Server Error you can just compare this script to one of the other scripts in your /exec/ folder. This way you can check that all of the settings are the same (file extension, permissions, etc). If everything looks okay I'd be happy to get onto your server and have closer look at this for you if you fill out a support request with your FTP details here: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi This would allow me to get onto the server and check to see what may be happening for you.
