Updating Perl Image Module detected & ImageMagick available ? Can't Post

Hello,
My site was installed prior to PERL module being available so no ImagemageMagick for thumbnails. Perl and ImageMagick are now available.
How do I reset the Perl and ImageMagick status.

Hi Nick,

You don't have to change anything -- Listings Manager will automatically detect it if it's available. You can see what it's detecting by going into the Setup Options. :)

Hi Donna,
Making sure I have this correct.
If we install Perl modules and Imagemagick then ADMIN will automatically detect they are available and indicate so.

Which means that the present message of ...
" Perl image module detected = None. Thumbnails are not available "
means it has NOT detected them.

More to the point, it means ImageMagick isn't present. If it's there and working correctly, Listings Manager will detect it.

One thing to doublecheck is that you have the Perl module -- a lot of hosts will install ImageMagick for PHP only, not realizing that the two are separate.

If you'd like, drop me an email with your FTP information and I can upload a test script to demonstrate that the ImageMagick perl module isn't present.
