Subdivision Section Can't Post
Hi, I was wondering how to go about the following challenge.

My client wants to be able to add information about different subdivisions he sells homes in. His listings are posting fine but I need to figure out how to create a separate section he can input this subdivision information into and also upload a photo or more without throwing off the listing data.

Any and all help/suggestions is appreciated!

Maybe someone can direct me as to how to install the listings manager on another part of my hosting server? Would that work. I'm trying to avoid any database conflicts and trying to find the simplest solution.

Hi John,

Would using the "Homepages" section work for that? That way, you could assign houses to a particular subdivision as well. If you're not using the Homepages section for anything else, this might be a good solution. :)

Or, you could install a new copy of Listings Manager as you suggested, but you would need a second license for that first.

Thanks for your help Donna. I ended up creating a new yes/no drop down field in the listings area asking whether it was a subdivision listing or not. Then created a new search and publish page template to display just those pages/data called. Works like a charm!
