Search Error : The requested URL /listman/exec/$cgiurl$ was not found Can't Post

Hello Team,
I have a revised search template at http://www.guyenne-immobilier.co.uk/listman/exec/search.cgi
This displays the (amended) search screen.

On clicking the SEARCH button I get the error message " The requested URL /listman/exec/$cgiurl$ was not found on this server"

Well, I did have to move files and folders around and I am wondering if the the paths in admin setup needs adjusting.

Your help would be appreciated.

Regards
Niccolas

Hi Nicolas,

That's a bit odd -- the search script should be parsing that out and replacing it with the actual filename.

If you'd like, send us a support request and we can take a look and see what's going on. Alternately, you can simply replace that with the path to your search.cgi. So, you'd have:

<form method=get action="/listman/exec/search.cgi">

Instead of:

<form method=get action="$cgiurl$">

I hope this helps. : )

Re: [Donna] Search Error : The requested URL /listman/exec/$cgiurl$ was not found [In reply to] Can't Post

Hello Donna,
I visited the Forum earlier today and searched for possibles solutions - and tried the <form method=get action="/listman/exec/search.cgi"> alternative (and the full URL http.... etc.)

I will raise a support request, as you suggest.

The trouble MAY be that the site has been re-structured (files and folders moved) and I suspect ADMIN SET UP may be in need of looking at.

Thanks
Nick
