Question about directories outside of cgi-bin folder

I sound like an idiot but I can't get it to work. If I try to access "Listings" I get an authorization error blah blah blah.....so I decided to move folders out of cgi-bin to root.
Anyways does this look right?
../../../rm/listings
../../../rm/homepages
../../../rm/images
