Hi Thanks for posting! That's going to be a tough one as the search engine isn't exactly setup to exclude listings based on the value in a field. It's setup to include based on a value. What I am thinking you could do is create one more spare field called "Include in regular search" that has yes as the default option but "no" as the second option. That way, all new listings you create will already be set as yes. Anytime you want to have a listing excluded from the search for whatever reason, just select no in that field. On your search, you'll be able to say something like, only show me listings that say "yes" in that field you just created. The only thing is that this means you'll need to go through all your other listings and set them to "yes" or "no". How many listings do you already have?
