Need to move to a new server but have no setup files or reg!

I seem to have quite a problem. I have taken on the job of moving a clients site to a new server with a new domain name, unfortuantely I was not involved in the making of the original site and do not have a copy of Realty Manager or the registration. I do not even have top access to the admin area so I can not change any of the setup options. The site was built in 2004 and the web designer is no longer around, so not much luck there. I´ve been through the forums and it seems the only way of moving servers successfully is to re-install the software on the new server first. Can someone please advise me what I can do??
