Hi Donna. Thanks for the quick reply. That would work except for one thing. The way I set up the database was so the client could use the same form for both carts and accessories (couldn't figure out any other way to do it). So, depending on if they want to input one or the other, they specify that as the first field, then fill out the other fields appropriately. For instance they might want to input a 'cart', then they fill in fields 2,3 4 and 5 with appropriate info. But if they say 'accessory' they would fill in fields 6, 7 and 8. This allowed me to use the same input form for both items, because I never could figure out how to have two input forms. Works great, because I set up the search engine to look at the first field and then display the proper fields in the listing. But I can't do what you say because I can't have different fields as the first display choice. Or, can I? Would it do any good for you to look at the setup? Ken Hughes PKH Services Hartsville, SC
