Listing Manager down Can't Post

I switch servers and IP address on my domain http://onlinepropertiescr.com/ and the listing manager stop working as now I am getting the following error on every page related to the Listing manager software, any assistance is greatly appreciated. Not Found

The requested URL /listman/listings/l0039.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Hi there,

Log into Listings Manager and go to Setup Options -> Server. There, you'll need to update all of the paths & URL's.

Once you've done that, go to Setup Options -> General, and click all four of the "Publish" buttons. This will re-create your site with the new settings.

I hope this helps. :)

I already tried to login to admin but it is also down. I get an Internal Server Error.

Hi Carlitos,

Sounds like the software wasn't moved over properly. Here are the usual steps:

First, install the latest version of Listings Manager on the new server.

Next, move over the following directories from your old installation:

/data/
/templates/
/listings/images/
/homepages/images/

Next, log into the Setup Options and update the server paths to match your new server paths.

Finally, click the four "publish" buttons in Setup Options -> General, to recreate your site.

I hope this helps. :)
