Hi there, Check to see if they've installed any new software recently -- specifically, virus scanner or firewall software. If not, check to see if they've added a physical firewall, or changed their network setup at all. I'd be willing to bet that one of the two comes up with a hit. The solution is the same for both, but sadly non-specific -- configure the software/hardware to allow whatever it is that's being disallowed... which, unfortunately, will likely require sitting down and fiddling with it to see why it's blocking Listings Manager. :) Donna -- support@interactivetools.com
