Dropdown Field not saving

Hi,
I have several dropdown fields. All of them are working properly except one and I can't figure out why. The field looks right on the listing editor, but when I save the listing and then come back in to modify it, my selection is not saved. The only difference I can find between the fields that are saving and the one that isn't is the on that isn't has a lot more choices. Is there a maximum?
Here is an example of the code for my dropdown fields:
This one saves correctly:

This one defaults back to the blank entry. I tried not using a blank entry. I tried removing the / (although the / works in the above field.)
